Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 4 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Order before Friday 9pm. Worms will be shipped out on Express Post on the following Monday. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Due to weather conditions there may be some delays . Such as if it is too wet to harvest or if it is too hot to be in the post. When the post is under duress and parcels are not getting delivered on time such as Christmas and pandemics there may be further delays.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping rates are included in price and only include Victoria and N.S.W. wide.

Local delivery

We currently do not offer local delivery.

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 154 Taylor Street Ascot Vic 3551. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 to 4 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Our in-store pickup hours are by appointment only. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 4 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@diggoryworms.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of your carriers falls into this group, you should look up their policy and communicate it to your customers here.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We must be notified immediately if worms have not arrived safely. They are a live product and must be put into their new habitat the day of their arrival. We do not refund if worms have been left in calico bags after receiving or if they have been left out in the sun.
