We supply Victoria and N.S.W. All harvesting and postage is done on Mondays so we do not have our little friends stranded in the post.

Please note harvesting and dispatch may have delays if the weather is too hot or wet and if postage is under stress due to events like Christmas and COVID. If so we will contact you!

Diggory Worms Farm

Our History

Diggory Worms is a Victorian locally family owned and run business for over 40 years. We harvest over 3 tonnes of these environmentally friendly friends a year, so households can reduce their household green waste and create an all natural fertilizer (worm castings). Our species of worms are Red, Blues and Tigers.

Our worms are grown in wind rows and cover close to 15 Acres. The worms are fed pig manure and fruit waste to create the best breeding environment for our clients to have healthy worms. We supply many hardware stores and Nurseries but also like to sell wholesale so our customers get great value for money.

Services

  • Our compost worm species consist of:

    Reds (Eisenia Andrei)
    • Blues (Perionyx Excavatus/Spenceralia sp.)
    • Tigers (Eisenia Fetida)

  • These three worms are perfect for the Victorian and N.S.W. climate. We do not breed night crawlers because they are a tropical worm and do not breed or survive under 10 degrees.



  • Our worms can be used in:

    • Worm farms/compost piles.
    • Worm approved toilet systems (ie Biolytix).
    • Gardens.
